· Your Gifted Basket reserves the right to substitute high quality products of equal or greater value for out of stock items.

· Substitutions will be made for chocolate items during warm weather.

· Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receipt, unless another date is requested.

· On volume orders a lead time may be required. Please call or e-mail us to discuss the details of your order.

· Sales Tax will be charged for all shipments and deliveries within the State of Georgia.

· Per Georgia law, it is illegal to transport or ship alcoholic beverages within Georgia or to locations outside the State of Georgia. For this reason, we do not offer alcoholic beverages in our designs.

LOCAL DELIVERY GUIDELINES

· Deliveries within Metro Atlanta, Georgia, are made by our courier service. The standard delivery charge for most of Metro Atlanta is between $10 to $15, but may be higher based upon the ZIP Code and urgency of delivery requested.

· Unless expedited delivery is requested, deliveries made by our courier service are completed by 5:00 p.m. to business addresses and by 6:30 p.m. to residential addresses on the date requested. · If there is an error in the delivery information provided by the customer, additional charges may apply for rerouting or redelivering the order.

· We will e-mail your order total and delivery date when your order is received.

· Deliveries outside Metro Atlanta and Nationwide will be made by a nationally recognized carrier. Please see Shipping Guidelines below for specifics.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES

· Shipping charges are based upon size, weight, destination, and urgency.

· Ground Shipping will average $10 to $15, depending upon the ZIP Code, size, and weight.
